Mission:

Your mission is to coordinate and utilize all the resources available to achieve excellent services to our customers.

Job Description:

1. Represent Asia-Pacific (Shanghai) Distribution Center to accept all logistics related inquiries and claims from internal customers. Aim on continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and provide state-of-the-art services to customers.

2. Quick responses to customer inquiries.

3. Follow up the open orders, especially urgent or breakdown orders. Ensure the back order can be issued as soon as possible. And inform the updated status to internal customers in time.

4. With coordination with other teams in Asia-Pacific (Shanghai) Distribution Center, offer best solutions to customer requirement, in accordance with company policies.

5. Seek for continuous improvement in processes to achieve customer service excellence.

6. Other tasks assigned by team leader or manager.

Requirement:

1. University degree.

2. Have an affinity for courteous and patient relations with customers

3. Good computer skills (MS Excel), preferably with experience of SAP.

4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate on various levels

5. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

6. Good command of English both in writing and speaking.

The Asia-Pacific Regional Distribution Centre in Shanghai is a fast growing organization with 80 employees, serving several divisions of the Compressor Technique, Industrial Technique and Power Technique Business Areas. With the recent development into a regional hub for spare parts, our organization delivers over 30,000 customer order lines a month throughout China and Asia-Pacific for 10 different brands within the Atlas Copco Group. The main operational activities are: warehousing, inventory planning and shipping, supported by strong purchasing, finance, IT, SHEQ and HR departments.
