• Daily ERP order process, ordinary delivery order process, PO for stock transfer; shipment cost input and monthly output.

• Coordinate customers’ delivery requirements with transportation. Check the supply availability from planner, coordinate with logistics and transportation for delivery arrangement for the sales order and feed back to accordingly. Follow up transportation and delivery situation. Communicate timely with customers on delivery status.

• Book and track cargo transportation according to shipment requirements of customers, follow shipment to the end.

• The 3rd party logistics service contact, e.g. freight forwarding, import & export brokerage and etc. Prepare and/or coordinate issuance of all necessary shipping.

• Internal, maintain loading schedule through ERP and keep site informed; External, book shipment and as contact between forwarder and site for daily issues, e.g. last cargo check, follow truck arrival site pickup, seal and weight collect for claim, etc.

Requirements:

Business related University degree.

• At least 3 years’ experience in materials/production planning and Inventory/logistics in Manufacturing environment.

• Working knowledge of modern manufacturing, material flow and improvement strategies .

• Good English writing and speaking.

• Can adapt to overtime work.

• Can accept the working location in Qingpu without shuttle bus.
