We are a young company with big goals. We want to create access to natural, organic and real food in China by building the proper ecosystem. To do this, we have created a network of businesses integrated through a system of our self-run farms, restaurants, producers, and suppliers.

Behind each Hunter Gatherer location is a brand story that runs deep. We are powered by hard work, passion, knowledge and a determination to exact positive change in China’s food industry. With food as our core product, we have much to share about where our ingredients come from, how they arrive on your plate, and everything that happens in between.

The Job

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO主要职责

1. Define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions and tools in the area of technical expertise管理OEM工厂生产品质；

2. Set technical standards for production. Establish working procedure制定产品生产技术标准，确立各类工作流程；

3. Leading trial order主导工厂试产；

4. Verify suppliers, OEM plant, packaging designing供应商、OEM工厂、包装设计等合规性审核；

5. Dealing with customer complaints and analysis消费者投诉处理及分析；

6. Be responsible for improving SOP , documents management and improving推进SOP改进 ，以及体系文件管理及完善。

ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES)必须具备的能力（知识，技能，能力和个人特质）

1. Bachelor or above degree本科及以上学历 ；
2. Major in Chemistry / Biology / materials science and Engineering / chemical engineering and technology / Biotechnology and food engineering / food science and Engineering专业要求：化学/生物学/材料科学与工程/化学工程与技术/生物技术与食品工程/食品科学与工程
3. 5 years or above working experience in bakery industry 5年（含）以上烘焙产品相关行业工作经验；
4. Good knowledge of bakery production process熟悉烘焙生产工艺流程；
5. Good knowledge of Local Food Laws熟练掌握食品行业相关法律法规要求；
6. Knowledge of ISO22000/FSSC22000/HACCP I 具有ISO22000/FSSC22000/HACCP等认证经验者优先；
7. Good English in speaking and written is a plus英文听说读写流利者优先；
8. Good communication and executive ability. Good at project planning and analysis. Detail oriented and steadfast良好的沟通能力及执行能力，良好的项目规划、分析和归纳总结能力，工作细致，性格踏实。
