The main accountabilities:

? Understanding group’s requirements for retail new materials, products & services.
了解集团对零售业新材料,产品及服务的采购需求。
? Sourcing new materials, products & services, and developing new potential suppliers.
搜寻新材料,产品及服务; 发展潜在供应商。
? Developing and implementing global supply strategies, understanding and analyzing supply markets.
发展并执行全球采购战略,理解并能够分析供应市场。
? Negotiating deals for new materials, products & services.
对新材料,产品及服务采购协议的谈判能力。
? Developing commercial analyses to support negotiations.
制作商务分析以支持对采购协议的谈判。
? Managing alliances/ relationships with suppliers/contractors.
供应商及合作伙伴的管理及关系维护。
? Tracking and reporting projects progress/ status.
项目进度及状态的跟踪及汇报。
? PO and Contract management.
订单及合同管理。
? Preparing quotation base on price analysis
根据价格分析制作报价。
? Logistic and shipping knowledge.
具备物流及货运基本知识。
? Support QC/QA schedule and process.
支持及配合QC/QA时间/流程安排。
? Time management.
时间管理。

- Strong Technical understanding.
对于采购产品技术参数的理解力
- At least 3 years retail related working experience is essential.
至少3年以上零售业相关工作经验。
- Degree required.
相关领域专科以上学历。
- Must be a self-starter with strong Bias for Action, Accountability & Responsibility and Growth Mindset.
必须具备强烈的行动执行力,责任感及个人发展意愿。
- Must be able to work independently and virtually.
具有独立执行完成工作的能力。
- Some travel.
会涉及短期出差。
