Job Description:

1. Office equipment maintenance and & basic IT support;

2. Ensure a safe, clean and orderly working environment for Beijing office employee;

3. Vendor management;

4. Submit Beijing office monthly payment timely (office rental fee , management fee , etc. )

5. To organized and coordinate the variety of meeting and events, such as company Annual Party and Staff Birthday Party;

6. Company contract hotel list management, such as hotel information update and hotel contract renewal etc.;

7. Assist Compliance Officer to do Beijing office business license annual review;

8. Assist HR to coordinate employee on-board & resign procedure;

9. To monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies;

10. To greet, assist clients and visitors (either internal or external);

11. In charge of receiving & sending & distributing the express, and make the record;

12. To take charge of the distribution of the incoming phone calls, and posts;

13.  Related CSD jobs;

14. Other administration supports and projects assigned by line manager;

Requirements:

1. College or above;

2. Local Beijing people, married and had kid is preferred;

3. 5 years or above solid Admin working experience;

4. Had some company decoration experiences is preferred;

5. Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Mandarin;

6. Computer proficiency in Word/Excel , Outlook , PPT , etc.

7. People person, have well execution ability
