职位描述
1.能够与公司的创意团队紧密合作，根据客户的要求，完成创意策划，故事大纲/storyboard，并在制作方面提出可行性意见和初预算。
2.能独立规划并执行拍摄，后期剪辑制作和后期特效合成。
3.熟悉纪录片，广告片，宣传片的后期剪辑制作流程。
4.按公司要求按时完成项目进度，并且能控制作品的整体质量。
5.可以熟练操作使用专业摄像机。
6.略知导演，灯光，录音工作，可以独立的完成简单的摄影棚布置。

岗位要求
1.2年以上的工作经验。
2.熟练运用相关视频编辑软件。
3. 扎实的美术功底，具有创新精神，对时尚有敏锐触角，色感佳。
4.对音乐有理解力，可以独立寻找与视频相匹配的音乐。
5.个性开朗，良好的团队精神，敬业，有责任心。
6.善于学习和分析，能够在工作中不断提高自已。
