Job description
Responsible for creating direct sales points for promoting Pergo products .
Support in Marketing / Sales of all accounts in the respective area
Co-ordination of all related question as e.g. shop outfit / media with the local marketing team China
Set up and implement product trainings with collaboration
Regularly visit shops of dealers throughout the country in order to maintain a deep understanding of local/regional business environment
Motivate and supervise the implementation of national new product launch and promotional campaigns
Make sure all Pergo products are presented according to brand guideline
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an on-going basis
Elicit feedback from local dealers (Pergo and other brands) on market changes and expectations
Communicate and report all business issues to Senior Key Account/Country Manager Greater China
Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position
