Responsibilities：

1. Analyze AM market and make the sales strategy and product strategy with short /Middle/Long term.

2. Establish, expand and maintain the whole distribution network for Car AM and Truck AM by visiting and following up dealers and KA customers.

3. Maintaining and training existing deaers and 2-level dealers to increase dealers sales volume.

4. Collect and analyse competitor informtion.

5. Explore and develop new business opportunities. Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

6. Plan and organize short-term (daily, weekly) to long-term (quarterly, annually) work schedule to line manager for approval.

7. Improve dealer salesteam skill by continued training.

8. Update job knowledge and maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in internal products &technical trainings; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.

9. Promotional new product and backlog inventory.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 -5 years experience in sales within the aftermarket of automotive field or related .

2. Dealers management skill and good communication skill.

3. Fluent English, and German is preferred.

4. Frequent travel.

5. Self management ,Open minded, independent working attitude and results oriented.
