职位描述
岗位职责：
一、投资者关系（IR）：
1、时时跟踪、学习和研究公司的发展战略、经营状况、行业动态和相关法规，通过适当的方式与投资者沟通；
2、负责接待、回复投资者的来电、来函或来访，与投资者进行沟通，回答投资者的咨询；
3、投资者及分析师维护：与机构投资者、行业研究员及中小投资者保持经常联系，提高投资者对公司的关注度；4、路演相关：协助策划和组织针对投资者的推介活动，组织并参加各类重要的投资者关系活动（包括参加投资者会议、组织路演、业绩发布会等）；
5、宣传公关：维护与主要投资者关系渠道的良好合作关系，跟踪搜集媒体对公司的报道，进行宣传和公关，协助形成有利于公司的舆论氛围。
二、执行董事助理：
1、协助执董协调、沟通各并购公司的工作；
2、协助执董筹备董事会、股东会等的召开及信息披露；
3、完成执董交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，海外留学（工作）经验优先，PR公关经验背景优先，优秀应届生亦可；
2、流利的中英文口语表达及写作、翻译能力；
3、熟练使用Office办公软件，能较好的制作PPT；
4、逻辑清晰，耐心细致，学习能力强；
5、形象气质佳，亲和力强，有一定的抗压能力，能适应出差。
