Job Descripion
1.Cooperate with S&M department in all corporate communication activities. Will act a key team player in being a brand ambassador while creating brand buzz and positive brand image among print and digital media, existing and potential owners, local government, hotel guests, vendors and corporate employees;
2.Cooperate with Business Development Department to drive sales with potential owners;
3.Establish group owner relationship program;
4.Collect, maintain, and update the pertinent owner information and related data;
5.Strive to maintain friendly and amiable working relationship with all owners;
6.ntroduce hotel brands properly with positive brand image at any meetings, events, interviews;
7.Attend hotel signing ceremony or open ceremony as speaker of brand and company;
8.Cooperate with S&M and other related departments in writing and proofing English standard public releases;
9.Cooperate with S&M Department in coordinating and executing publication of eNewsletter;
10.Coordinating hotel sponsored events and community relations activities;
11.Able to travel if required ;
12.Become the knowledge source for all information relating to the company;
13.Assist in any other needed aspect to accomplish the vision, mission, goals and directives of the company.
Job Specification
1.Foreigner, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent in experience;
2.Fluent-level communication skills (verbal, written) in both Mandarin Chinese and English;
3.Ability to proofread English at a high level;
4.Passionate, proactive and articulate;
5.Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
