1. Assist logistic - in charge for all logistic clerical works

e.g.handle custom clearance, issue import & export documents

2. Certification application

e.g.C/O, APTA certificate ... etc

3. Communicate with venders, shippers, forwarders and customers

to solve the problems on logistic area

4. Documents preparation and review for custom clearance

5.set shipping schedule for customers

6. Work together with warehouse to keep the accuracy between the

real quantity and the accounting quantity

7. Perform LC affairs

Requirement:

1. Graduated from Logistics or related major

2. Good command in knowledge of logistic process, customs policy

and related regulation

3. Able to effectively manage multiple tasks

4. Good verbal and written communication skills

5. Fluency in Mandarin and Engliah is essential

6. Well organized, strong sense of responsibility and good team player

7. Able to work under pressure and tight deadline

8. Independent, proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented

9. Good MS office skill, especially excel and word
