Sinotrans Sarens Logistics Co.,Ltd is a joint venture co-founded 50-50 by Sarens Group and Sinotrans Heavylift in 2015. At Sinotrans Sarens, we have the noble mission to be the reference in crane rental services, heavy lifting, and engineered transport for our clients. With state of the art equipment and value engineering, we offer our clients creative and intelligent solutions for lifting, transporting, installing and decommissioning large and heavy structures. Our services are focused on the petrochemical and mining industries, civil engineering, power generation and offshore projects. Our customers include the top global Engineering Procurement and Contracting companies (EPCs), oil and gas companies, NOCs, major infrastructure specialists, governments, ports and other contractors.

Safety and excellence in all we do are paramount to us. Formed in 2015, the company has grown fast in the past years, and is continuing to reach out to new locations and sectors. To achieve these goals, we are looking to reinforce our team with a sales assistant for our Sales Team in Shanghai:

Detailed Responsibilities

1. Collect business-related market information via different channels

2. Lead&CRM database management, prepare regular reports

3. Assist sales managers with quotation, bidding documents and contracts.

4. Update marketing materials, including company PPT, completed-projects list, brochures, official wechat account, website etc.

5. Assist with event coordination, including exhibition, conferences, seminars etc.

6. Other task assigned by sales manager

Job Requirements

1. Principally no less than 1 year working experience with an international company/fresh graduate may

apply as well

2. Bachelor degree in English, business administration, marketing or equivalent

3. Good English skills in writing and speaking are compulsory.

4. Good communication skills

5. Quick learner

6. Familiar with PPT & CRM

7. Experience with heavy-lift industry would be an advantage
