岗位职责：

1、协助上级进行日常培训活动的组织与实施

2、主持部分客户产品培训活动及培训文档制作

3、负责整理产品信息

4、处理客户对产品的疑问及反馈

岗位要求：

1、本科以上学历

2、一年以上相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可。

3、 熟练使用办公自动化软件操作（excel，PPT等）

4、 具备良好的英语口语及理解能力

Facilitate Digital is at the forefront of the digital marketing space. We work with all of the major 4A agencies across the world (WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, etc), and have now expanded our global operations with the opening of a new office in Shanghai.Our major products are Symphony and Facilitate for Agencies (FFA) - tools that allow media and advertising agencies to plan, serve online adverts, track and report on their digital marketing activity - all through one easy interface.

The Team

We are looking for several new colleagues to join the team, and support the China market. You will work alongside the Asia Project Manager, and 2 local Account Managers on the day-to-day management of some of the biggest media and marketing agencies in China.

The Role & Benefit

You will be tasked with helping Facilitate clients to understand our products, and to help them through any issues that they encounter. Through experience that you learn on the job, you will be well placed to give valuable advice on optimal use of Facilitate tools & services. You will also be able to assist clients to quickly overcome any issues that arise. In the process of resolving issues you will have broad exposure across the market - liaising not only with media agency planners, but also with the top 250 website vendors in China.
