Job title:
Project Engineer Medical Device (location Germany or Shanghai)

The Company with its Headquarters in Germany is one of the leading Homecare Organizations in Germany primarily specialized in the field of laryngectomee / tracheostomy and the treatment and care requirements associated with these indications. Products and services are also provided in the fields of enteral nutrition; enter stoma, and wound care management, incontinence care, rehabilitation products and medical technology. The company intends to extend its product development and technical departments located in Germany (Headquarters) and Shanghai (subsidiary).
Objective of the Position:
Candidate will be responsible for product development projects of medical devices from product idea to serial production as well as maintenance of product documentation of existing products.
Main tasks:
? Coordination of development and sourcing projects.
? Product conceptualization (Medical Device).
? Assessment of patent literature.
Review and preparation of technical drawings and product documentation.
? Regulatory compliance review and management (European Medical Device Directive).
? Supplier / OEM partner evaluation and monitoring.
? Product testing and inspection.
? Quality monitoring.
? Optimization of existing concepts and processes.
Requirements / Qualification:
? University degree in Engineering / Natural Sciences (Chinese or German University).
? 3 years working experience (preferred) in Technical / Development Department in Medical Device Industry.
? Fresh Graduates from German University with Trainee experience are also encouraged to apply.
? Familiar with European Medical Device Market (Medical Device Directive).
? Strong analytical ability and result orientation.
? Self-driven, pro-active and highly motivated individual.
? Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
