PRIMARY DUTIES :
- Oversee and day-today operate all rounds of C&B work.
- Lead to set up and update compensation and benefit policies, procedures and implement accurately.
- Lead in remuneration survey with good cooperation and coordination with 3rd party, in charge of job analysis and therefore lead to set up and maintain salary grade to make sure it is competitive externally and equitable internally.
- Lead to launch HRIS focusing on payroll system optimization under good communication with supplier.
- Support HR Manager on preparing quarterly C&B budget and forecast.
- Support HR Manager on annual salary adjustment, bonus payout schemes.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare monthly payroll report for China staffs and local hired foreigners as well as temps or interns, accurately calculate monthly payout including salary and other payment such as OT, income tax, social insurance, allowances, etc.
- Proficiently use HRIS platform to supervise payroll calculation, launch monthly payroll report, monitor any deviancies. Ensure all reports and database are accurately updated and duly submitted.
- In charge of staffs' commercial insurance, liaison with vendor, make clear communication with staffs on their concerns and questions.
- In charge of duly sign up of employment contracts, internal movement/transfer procedure, monthly attendance records.
- Keep orderly records on employment contracts, employees' P-file.
- In charge of handling labor disputes if any.
- Assist and back up on other HR functions when required.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by HR Manager.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree or above. Major in Human Resource or related field is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years relevant hands on experience on C&B function in multinational company.
- Minimum 2 years relevant hands on experience on HRIS in terms of payroll.
- Familiar with China Labor Law, familiar with China/local policies and regulations in terms of payroll, income tax, insurance, etc. Basic financial knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in English, computer office software skills.
- Precise, accurate, patient in personalities, good interpersonal skills, good understanding of top importance of confidentiality.

In 1933, Rene LACOSTE and Andre GILLIER, the owner and chairman of France's largest knitwear manufacturing firm at the time, set up a company to make the logoembroidered shirt designed by the champion for his own use on the tennis court. Also marketed were a number of other tennis, golf and sailing shirts, as can be seen in the first catalogue from 1933.
To the best of our knowledge, this was the first time that a brand name appeared on the outside of an article of clothing-an idea which has since become extremely successful.
This shirt immediately revolutionised means sportswear, replacing the classical woven fabric, long-sleeved and starched shirts which players had worn on the courts until then. The first LACOSTE shirt was white, slightly shorter than other shirts of the day, with a ribbed collar and short sleeves, and it was made of a light knitted fabric called "Jersey petit pique". The qualities of comfort and solidity upon which it built its name still shine through today, providing a different and truly unique product.
