Main Responsibility

1)Innovation

Provides innovative solutions in order to reduce product cost, improve product quality and process efficiency and support product development to meet customer's requirements

2)Auto-machine & tooling development

Develops assembly process and conduct machine & tooling design, communicate with Project Engineering (PE), Engineering Change Organization Code (ECOC) to clarify design details in order to better understand the requirements and needs from customer and ECOC

3)Mfg. Engineering Development

i) Estimate the equipment cost and lead time
(ii) Participate in the supplier selection and provide recommendation from engineering aspect in order to control cost and select a qualified supplier
(iii) Improve & control quality on processes, analysis Non Confirme Material Report (NCMR), handle Customer Complian Report (CCR)/Incoming Reject Report(IRR) with related departments and follow up the improvement
(iv) Draw up maintenance plans for assembly machines
in order to ensure new tooling and new process meet all the requirements

4)Project Management

Leads a team of lower level engineers or designers, exercises considerable latitude in determining the project steps and approaches. Monitors and periodically reviews project progress in order to reduce/avoid potential risk. Often coaches team members in order to enhance the team's capability




Requirements

1)Bachelor degree

Major in mechanic or electronics

5 years work experience in manufacturing/engineering

2)Communication skills,logical thinking and analytical mind

Self-motivated
