职位描述：

Responsibilities

· Advice on implementation strategy for migrating from a custom built booking system to Salesforce

· Implement requirements as produced by the Product Team

· Collect requirements from end users, maintain and prioritise a backlog and report on user requests

· Working with leaders from the Product Team, Supply Team, Booking Team and end users to create and manage complex workflows, data validation and triggers

· Manage the testing process of any new Salesforce improvement

· Staying up-to-date with new Salesforce features, functionality, technologies and best practices and provide recommendations for process improvements and optimisation

· Create training documents and train the end users on new features and improvements

· Develop and create customised reports and dashboards

· Support the teams with data uploads via Data Loader

· Daily administration and support of internal teams

· Assist other engineering teams on projects which require integration with Salesforce

Requirements:

Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems

Previous position as a Salesforce Administrator managing complex setup within Sales and Service Cloud

Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)

Salesforce APEX classes and triggers desirable but not essential

Great written and verbal English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects at the same time

Specific Measures of Success

Migrate all internal users from a custom built booking system to Salesforce

Ensure training documents are produced

Ensure users are trained prior to the migration

Become the internal expert/go to person in regards to Salesforce
