Job Responsibility:

>Be responsible for process documentation preparation and review, such as process flowchart, PFMEA, work instruction etc

>Develop new technology/processes as required

>Be responsible for engineering sample building

>Debug and solve technical issues during production

>Make relative manufacturing, testing and packaging designs and relative drawings

>Process capability analysis, continuous process improvement and optimization, such as wastage reduction, product failure mode analysis, production yield improvement

>Cooperation with operation team for productivity and capacity improvement, including manpower, line balance and assembly line layout optimization

>Be responsible for maintaining and developing production equipment and jigs

>Be responsible for new equipment and assembly line design and building, cooperate with the supplier to solve the problems during the equipment design, manufacture and usage

>Cooperation with quality engineer to deal with Quality Complain and Customer audit

>Online operator and technician training for new assembly process


Candidate Requirements:

>Bachelor degree in electronics/automation or related majors
>5 years work experience as a process engineer of electro-mechanic products assembly
>Understand working principle on sensor circuits, such as LED/PD driving circuit, amplification circuit, signal rectifying circuit and test circuit
>Experience on problem solving on manufacturing and testing
>Be familiar with statistical evaluation methods; knowledge in FMEA, quality tools, 6 Sigma knowledge, etc., good analytical skills to solve the problems during the process development
>Skill in AutoCAD 2D, can make simple new drawing and make small changes on existing drawings
>Strong leaning & innovation thinking
>Good skills of communication and conflict handling
>Good oral and written communication skills in English.
>Quick learner
