1.日常船务工作， 协助业务跟踪船运事宜，物料HS编码归类
2. 订舱，准备报关资料
3.与货代日常工作沟通安排，同发货人和收货人联系。

4. 根据预录单通知每个供应商开票，及时跟踪增票，在规定时间内提交给财务进行退税核销的动作，避免因为供应商开票原因导致的退税损失的发生。
5. 确认提单，提供清关资料给国外
6.英语良好，有较强的听说读写，信用证阅读或管理经验者优先。
7.工作认真负责，细心，耐心，有良好的团队精神，和服务意识。学习能力强。
8.协助领导其他相关业务工作

The shipping position request may as below point:
1. Booking shipping space and Chase up so with forwarder
2. Familiar with export/import shipments for sea, air, courier and road shipment according to order's delivery schedule;
3. Preparation of shipping documents(invoice, packing list, shipping instruction B/L etc)
4. Liaison with supplier, forwarder, warehouse customer and customers
5. Knowledge with L/C(at least preparation of document)
6. Use ERP or other software do invoice and packing list
