Key Responsibilities:
- Build up and maintain a network of distributors
- Support distributors in the whole selling process from find project, filter and focus important project, to conclusion and get order.
- Act as a consultant with existing and prospective clients, to build and develop project business; provide feasible project schedule, track and update project status
- Participate marketing Activities, such as exhibitions and seminars
- Prepare various reports of Marketing information, e.g. competitive factors, new sales, sales lost, major projects, industry trends, and etc.
Requirements and Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in medical or engineering
- At least 5 years of sales experiences in medical industry
- Result and quality orientation, systematic, mature, proactive, and passionate, open to change
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with people across at all levels of the organization
- experience with Surgical Instruments is a plus
