Job Description
SynQor is a world-class supplier of DC/DC power converters and AC/DC power conversion solutions. Our products are designed to exceed the rigorous quality and performance requirements of today's leading-edge communications, computing, medical, industrial, and military applications.
This position will develop and implement sales and marketing programs within a specified territory by conducting competitive analysis studies, forecasting, and collecting field intelligence data.
Background and Experience:
Minimum 5 years overall sales experience in electronics industry; experience in power supplies is mandatory.
Successful track record of building and growing a sales base;
Undergraduate degree required (engineering or business degree preferred).

Specific Duties:
Establish and meet/exceed individual sales goals
Manage and maintain all phases of the sales cycle for strategically-identified accounts
Assist in preparing their forecasts
Guide through all aspects of the sales cycle. Provide training on new products and services
Assist in the recruiting, hiring and training of new manufacturers' representatives
Track manufacturers' representatives' and/or distributors; progress with their sales goals and objectives
Prepare forecasts and develop and implement programs and initiatives to meet them
Provide guidance and leadership to the technical support staff and applications engineers
