职位描述
The incumbent is responsible for executing company strategy to promote Swisslog products and solutions in the region,
develop new channels, striving to close orders directly or through distributor network to ensure the achievement of the sales objectives.
Core tasks:
1.To analyze the existing and potential customer base,
industry trends and competition situation in the region,
and successfully promote Swisslog solutions and products
in the industry by working with marketing & sales team
and distributors
2. To execute practical business development plans to
screen, differentiate, and dig into the market and ensure it
its execution
3. To conduct customer visits/presentations, proactively
educate and guide customers, and generate qualified
leads that will lead to orders, through various types of
channels
4. To strictly execute the entire Swisslog sales process from
marketing, acquisition and sales right up to closing of
orders and meet the ambitious budget
5. To systematically analyse sales project opportunities,
timely report on progress and situations, precisely identify
the key stages and key persons, and provide feasible
proposals for management decision
6. To closely cooperate with agency to develop business and
ensure they are working under the agreed frame
7. To provide realistic estimations for project O/I volume and
potential O/I date and execute all required actions to close
deals on time
8. To create trust and strong relationship at all levels in the
customer organization, such as but not limited to, decision
makers, top management, project team etc., to get deal
done
9. To build up and maintain strong connection with internal parties and third parties, such as distributors, industry associations, etc., and guide all the efforts to potential leads or sellable proposals/ solutions
10. To continuously build up and coach local team for skills improvement
11. To timely submit reports/documents/proposals and update information with high quality
12. To complete other tasks as assigned
1. Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent 2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in project /solution sales in relevant industry, preferably with experience dealing with high-end hospital customers 3. Strong marketing sense and business acumen 4. A quick learner with open mind and strong curiosity to new ideas/products/practise 5. With consultative calibre profile and ability to conceptualize solutions and articulate concepts/ solutions to customers 6. Strong sociability and networking skills, ability to make and maintain contact from middle level to upper management of the prospective client 7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to present Swisslog in a professional manner 8. Good English (written and verbal) and computer skills 9. Honest, hard-working, positive-thinking, with strong passion in sales 10. A self-starter and good team player able to work effectively under high pressure and within tight schedule 11. Willing and flexible to travel extensively (domestic and overseas) on short notice
