2. 定期对员工具有一定的考核和绩效评价；
3. 对客户服务及需求标准得到满足;
4. 定期响应顾客的投诉和意见;
5. 促进当地的商店和客户的联络与合作；
6. 定期做销售分析报表和预测销售量，实现利润最大化;
7. 定期举办??一些有销售利润增长的特别优惠；
8. 维持在零售行业的市场发展趋势的认知，能第一时间了解顾客需求；
9. 每天保持门店的环境清洁；
＊应聘者必须是有上海户籍；
＊薪资范围：4500＋提成
Job description:
1. managing and motivating a team up the three years which increase sales and ensure efficiency;
2. dealing with staffing issues: interviewing potential staff; conducting appraisals and performance reviews; and providing or organising training and development;
3. ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met;
4. responding to customer complaints and comments;
5. promoting the shop locally by liaising with cooperate, restaurant and the community in general;
6. managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control;(order or transfer)
7. organising special promotions, displays and events;
8. maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring what local competitors are doing;
9. keeping and maintaining the shop and merchandise clean and attractively in display daily.
