职位描述
岗位职责：
1、结合公司战略发展，进行APP推广，实现下载量、安装量、激活量、活跃度等目标；
2、协调各部门资源，推动相关新产品运营、用户运营及营销推广方案的落地；
3、建立数据分析平台，通过运营数据整理和分析提出平台的升级及改进意见；
4、收集用户意见与反馈，分析产品运营数据并进行功能迭代优化；
5、领导交代的其他事宜。
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，市场营销或工商管理专业，有互联网金融相关运营工作经验优先考虑；
2、两年以上产品运营经验，具有较强的分析能力，能深刻理解产品的核心原理及用户心态；
3、有较强的沟通能力、数据敏感性和逻辑思维能力，具备扎实的文案撰写功底；
4、具备良好的时间管理能力、执行力和团队合作能力；
5、对市场动向有较好敏感度，思维活跃有创造性，文字功底好，平时愿意写一些原创文字的优先；
6、能够接受创业型公司的节奏。
