Job Responsibilities

1), 与生产和支持部门高效地合作来确保生产材料及时供应，工艺稳定以及人员充分利用从而满足质量要求和准时交货

Effectively working with both the product and support team to ensure material availability, process capability and efficient labour utilization to achieve stable quality level, On-time-delivery;

2), 负责推动、标准化以及充分使用精益生产工具来优化现有流程从减少流程浪费，效率提升和成本节省

Lead to promote, standardise and utilise lean manufacturing tools to optimize existing process to reduce the process waste , enhance the efficiency and save the cost;

3). 积极地召集支持部门参加工厂晨会 并及时解决遇到的材料问题，生产质量问题，设备问题以及人员问题

Actively participate in daily plant reviews meeting to ensure supplier (internal/external), quality, equipment production and people issues are addressed in timely.

4). 设立生产部门的预算并监控日常的费用和绩效是否符合公司预算

Set up production budgets; monitor the cost and performance of production in alliance with company’s budget

5). 带领或者通过与支持部门合作解决质量、设计、工艺和人员问题

Lead or cooperate with related functions to solve the problems of quality, design, process and people management.

6). 及时汇报成绩，绩效特别是生产中的风险和问题

Initiate the report to summarize the achievement, performance and also highlight the risk or issues during daily production.

7). 支持其他部门的日常工作，如新产品引进，审核、参观和评估，甚至全球其他工厂的配合

Support other departments for daily business such as NPI, auditing, visiting and evaluation, provide supports for global business.

8). 协助运营经理的日常管理来确保日常目标的实现

Support operations director to focus on daily performance to meet the target.

9), 上级主管安排的其它工作;

Other works assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirements

1), 本科及以上学历，自动化、机械、汽车类, 轨道交通行业专业优

Bachelor degree or above ，Automation, Machinery, automotive professional and Rail related preferred

2), 2年以上装配行业工作经验，5年以上管理经验，有铁路行业工作经验者优先

More than 2 years of assembly experience, 3 years of management experience, working experience in the rail industry is preferred

3), 较强的管理能力与沟通技巧以及领导力，有效时间管理

Strong Managerial ability and communication skills, well leadership and time management

4), 熟悉精益生产，SOP,可视化管理等管理工具并有成功的项目经

Know more about the lean production, SOP and visual management. Successful experience is better

5), 较强的抗压能力和工作责任心；

Work under pressure and high responsibility for the job.

6), 良好的英语读写和听说能力;

Fluent written and spoken English skill

7), 熟练使用办公室软件

Skilled use of office software, especially for Excel.PPT
8), 具有良好的团队精神和较强的协调能力

Good team spirit and coordination skills
