Project Assistant

Location Shanghai

Job Description & Skills:

· Support the development of new projects according to customer’s needs and request under the supervision of the Project Manager

· Follow Project plan and keep the timeline required for project launching

· Manage all communication flow to projects in order to achieve targets, ensuring that any variance from the target is identified quickly.

· Prioritizes tasks/responsibilities and ensure deadlines are met.

· Interface between multiple function departments (Tech Dept., Service Dept., Marketing Dept. Design Dept.) and between AR and suppliers

· Interface between AR and third parts labs like BV, TUV SUD, etc.

· Improve/maintain quality on the product according to customer’s feedback

· Handle the daily product updating according to customer’s request and to changes due to new regulations

· Handle the daily communication flow between AR and suppliers related to orders, invoices, deliveries, etc. under support by logistic dept.

Qualifications:

· 2-3 years Previous similar working experience is needed

· Chinese with good English

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Previous experience working in a foreign company in China is a plus
