Screen and download CVs

· 与应聘者进行面试邀请

Make phone calls to candidates and invite them for interviews

· 根据管理层时间安排面试

Communicate with HR and senior managers, and arrange interviews according to their schedule

· 制作招聘进度周报

Generate a weekly report on the recruitment progress

· 协助其他招聘活动

Assist with other recruitment activities

· 其他人事相关的工作

Other HR-related tasks

· 流利的中英文书写与表达能力

Good command of oral and written in English and Chinese.

· 良好的沟通能力，注重细节，灵活思维，有团体意识

A team player who is detail-oriented, flexible and quick to learn, and also has with good communication skills.

· 良好的计算机能力

Good computer skills

· 有人力资源相关经验者优先

HR experience is a plus, but not a must
