能熟练运用PLC为必备要求，了解玻璃PU包边注塑设备或有相关经验优先考虑

工作职责：

1.严格遵守、认真贯彻落实公司的方针政策和各项规章制度。
2.制定设备修理和维护保养计划，确保设备完好率，努力降低设备、设施事故频率和修理成本。 

3.提升维修团队的工作效率、工作质量，担任消防、安全生产责任人。

4.负责维修技术员的工作安排、培训、考勤考核。
5.负责制订全厂设备、设施、动力管线的维修、保养计划并安排实施。
6.负责新购设备、新建设施的安装、调试（不含供方负责安装、调试部分）、验收。
7.组织编制设备操作规程，做好对相关岗位工人的技术操作考核。
8.建立健全设备管理制度，负责设备技术资料的形成、积累、整理、立卷、归档工作。
9.加强对备件库的管理，做到合理储备，帐卡、物相符。

10．设备故障及潜在风险数据分析并完成行动措施。  

11．培训并提升维修技术员的应急维护技能。

12．精通西门子PLC，具备修改和维护程序能力。    

任职资格：

1.系统分析能力及独立的问题解决能力；

2.了解TS16949质量管理体系及ISO14001相关规定主动、稳定、可靠；

3.良好的沟通技巧及人际关系能力。

Able to skillfully use PLC for the necessary requirements

Job responsibilities:

1. Strictly abide by, earnestly implement the company's policies and regulations.

2. Equipment repair and maintenance plan, ensure the equipment intact rate, efforts to reduce equipment, the facility accident frequency and repair costs.

3. Improve the working efficiency of the maintenance team, quality of work, as a fire protection, production safety responsibility.

4. Responsible for the maintenance technician work arrangement, training, examination of check on work attendance.

5. To be responsible for the formulation of factory equipment, facilities, power line maintenance, maintenance plan and arrange for implementation.

6. Responsible for the installation, commissioning of new equipment, new facilities (excluding the supplier is responsible for the installation, commissioning) and acceptance.

7. To organize the formulation of the equipment operation procedures, completes the technical operation assessment of related workers.

8. To establish and perfect the system of equipment management, be responsible for the formation of the equipment technical data, accumulation, sorting, archives and filing work.

9. Strengthen the management of spare parts warehouse, do reasonable reserve, debit card, content is consistent.

10. Equipment failure and the potential risk for data analysis and complete the actions.

11. Emergency maintenance skills training and improve maintenance technician.

12. Proficient in Siemens PLC and the capacity of modification and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications:

1. The system analysis ability and independent problem-solving ability;

2. Knowledge of TS16949 quality management system and ISO14001 related regulations, active, stable and reliable;

3. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Inalfa China is headquartered in Pudong, Shanghai, and has wholly-owned companies in Jiading, Yantai, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Beijing and Changchun. Inalfa group has set up a technology development center in China, leading the technological innovation of skylight in South Korea, Japan, China and Southeast Asia, and is making great contributions to the automotive industry by providing products with excellent quality and performance.

Inalfa Shanghai factory is located in Jiading Industrial Zone, Shanghai. Since 2015, it has won the gold medal of advanced manufacturing industry in Jiading District and Jiading Industrial Zone for many years. At present, Shanghai factory has 8 mature independent skylight assembly lines and 4 glass edging lines. At present, the factory has a total number of 500 people. By 2020, the sales volume has reached 2.5 billion yuan. By the end of 2021, the annual production capacity is 700000 skylights. On average, one skylight can be delivered offline to customers every two minutes. Our main customers include Volkswagen, GM, Ford, Geely, Jaguar Land Rover and other mainstream car companies. The second phase plant of Shanghai factory will be put into construction in 2022.
