Responsibilities岗位职责

？ Complete sourcing projects and tasks assigned by Category Manager in time that covers inquiry, supplier identification, factory evaluation, price and term negotiation, and sample confirmation, etc.

按时完成采购经理布置的采购任务，包括询价, 供应商选择和确定, 工厂评估, 商业谈判, 以及样品确认等各环节。

？ Effective communication with US buyer in time to accomplish the sourcing project. Verify and finalize product information at item set up stage, provide to related functions.

和美国总部买手及时并有效沟通，完成采购项目。在产品开发完成阶段，确定最终产品信息并提供给各相关部门。

？ Cooperate with sales team to finish the sourcing activities per request.

与销售团队合作，完成采购相关任务。

？ Support logistic team when required to ensure on-time delivery

需要时协助物流部，确保按时交货。

？ Support and participate buyer and retailer’s visit to trade show and exhibition.

支持并参与国外买手的展会行程。

？ Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.

其他由经理布置的任务。

Requirements岗位要求

？ Solid work knowledge in any of below categories: Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, Electrical, Home Appliances, Lighting, Housewares.

？ 3+ years sourcing office / trading / retail industry preferred. Experience with U.S. retail market is a plus.

？ Good negotiation skills, effective communication.

？ Self-motivated, analysis and problem solving skills, customer service mind-set.

？ Aggressive, take initiative, strong ownership, and can work under pressure.

？ Fluent English both in oral and written.

？ College degree or above, major in international trade preferred.

？ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

？ Travel: 20% throughout country
