职位描述
Main responsibilities:
1. To own the strategic growth initiatives for the assigned territory, ensure plans are in place and reviewed regularly to meet the growth objectives.
2. To develop and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of group/divisional products, applications, features advantages and benefits. Remain current with relevant internal and external training and development.
3. To be the owner of the assigned territory orders and sales budget and develop/ implement the regional business plan in line with budget expectations.
4. Coordinate activities with Inside Sales Teams to maximize our ability to close on new business opportunities.
5. To have responsibility for local distribution and agency channels as appropriate
6. To own and manage specific key accounts and CRM in the assigned territory.
7. To provide regular reporting to the regional sales leader concerning the local market, competitive activities and customer feedback.
8. Report directly to the Sales Manager Greater China.
Qualification:
1. Degree holder in Business, Chemistry or related disciplines
2. A minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sector (commercial and technical roles) and at least 3 years of which in a sales leadership capacity
3. Must have good knowledge or understanding in Architectural paint market & industry
4. A good understanding of the Paint industry, and architectural paint in East China area a definite advantage
5. Good mandarin and English (Spoken and written)
6. Systematic, well organized, strategic minded as well as team player and leader
7. Be a customer oriented individual with excellent problem solving skills
8. Confident, independent and self initiative are prerequisite for this challenging position
9. Long time traveling needed
10. Sufficient experience in paint manufacture knowledge will be the plus
