岗位职责:

1、负责前台电话的接听、转接、来电咨询；

2、负责公司来访人员接待、登记、引见；

3、负责公司信件、快递及相关行政物品的签收、整理、发放；

4、维持大厅接待秩序及环境清洁；

5、负责日方客户的接待

任职资格:

1、大专及以上学历；

2、耐心细致，处事灵活，具有良好的沟通协调能力、亲和力及工作主动性；

3、形象气质佳，普通话标准，具有良好的服务意识以及基本的商务礼仪接待技巧；

4、会日语的同学优先
