Job Description:

The job of the Associate Consultant involves assisting the team and project leaders in solving professional issues. The associate needs to collect, analyze, design and implement the projects with systematic tools as per the clients' needs, and oversees the progress of the project.

Job Requirements:

1. A quick learner and ability to work well under pressure;

2. Great listening and writing skills, written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills;

3. Excellent interpersonal skills, time management skills;

4. Sense of product knowledge/consulting/project practices in Lean, Six Sigma, and BPI;

5. Proactive, detail oriented, and exhibit a high level of creativity and integrity.

Education/Experience Requirements:

1. An ideal candidate should possess a MBA with related master or bachelor degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, IE, Project Management, Automation, SCM or a related field, but not limited to.

2. Solid industrial experience in Design, Development, Testing, or Quality areas.

3. Understanding about TS 16949 or VDA.

4. 2-3year experience in Training/Consulting related work is a plus.
