Responsibilities:

工作职责

1. WELL，LEED and/or Green Building Evaluation Certification and Consulting related work;
2. Involved in WELL，LEED and/or Green Building Design analysis and optimization, writing technical analysis report；
3. Communicate and implement with the team, coordinating and optimizing the WELL，LEED and/or Green Building design.

Qualifications：

任职资格

1. Brand University with MEP, Environmental Engineering or Architecture related; Bachelor's Degree or above;
2. Over 10 years’ experience in LEED Certification or China Three Star Certification, familiar with the LEED Certification process, LEED AP/GA is preferred; 
3. Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
4. High sense of responsibility, dedication and enthusiasm to work;
5. Be familiar with LEED and/or China Three Star Certification, one energy simulation software, or daylighting and have system commissioning experienced is preferred;  
6. Experience on LEED consulting, coordination, communication and implementation is preferred;
7. Oversea studies, foreign working experience is an advantage.

8. Good clients management skills and be responsible for projects profitability.

9. A team player, and with 4 proven Certified projects in China experience is a must.
