主要职责：

• 负责艺术品采购，包含艺术画、艺术装置、饰品等；
• 根据项目需要收集适合艺术类产品给设计师做方案选择
• 对供应商制作的家具类产品图纸，和我司设计师讨论，根据设计师意见做调整，修改好图纸给设计师签字确认后发供应商生产
• 参与制作设计共和标准产品清单，并负责制作标准产品图纸
• 在收到采购申请单后，按照标准作业流程和设计师确认产品细节、规格、材质要求、图纸、并请设计主管签字确认；确保在和供应商询价时尽可能减少中间沟通环节，信息全面准确，提高工作效率
• 对所负责艺术品项目产品品质和交期负责，和供应商保持联系，及时解决生产中遇到的问题，并定期到工厂检验半成品品质及产品进度情况确保按时按质完成
• 处理自己所负责项目客诉，根据实际情况判断出现质量问题原因，和供应商联系提出解决方案并执行
• 根据公司发展需要定期开发新的供应商并签署保密协议等
• 整理采购部门订单，ERP系统输入，确保数据准确，执行采购订单和采购合同，落实具体采购流程
• 完成公司领导安排的其他工作

职位要求：

• 大学本科或以上学历，1年以上相关工作经验，以下专业之一（不分先后）或其它相关工学专业：木材科学与工程、机械设计、家具与室内设计、艺术设计
• 精通AUTOCAD，会3D制图软件优先考虑
• 有良好的中文书面表达能力，沟通能力；能将与供应商洽谈的结果，形成恰当的法律书面文件，以资双方遵守
• 大学英语4级（英语6级优先考虑）

Established by founders Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, Design Republic will offer a unique collection of products created by the world's best design talents, many of which have never been made available to consumers in China. Design Republic will also collaborate with many designers both foreign and local to create products that will explore a new modern Chinese aesthetic.
