岗位职责（中文简版）:

1、依据招聘任务，进行简历筛选及人才测试、面试、甄选、录用等工作，按要求完成任务；

2、负责员工的入职、转正、异动、离职等相关手续的办理；

3、负责做好相关人事周、月、年等报表工作及临时性数据报表；

4、收集年度培训计划及追踪实施情况，部门月度培训记录管理，培训效果或培训数据统计；

5、办公室其他行政工作；

6、领导交办其他工作；

Job Purpose:

Participate in a variety of recruitment activities so that the organization’s recruitment process is efficient and effective.

Design, deliver and administer the organization’s training programmers in accordance with the Org’s training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and future human resource need of the business.

Refresh JD and requirements, Prepare job advertisements, web posting

Select resumes, arrange interviews, interview, test and check reference.

Conduct employee orientation so that new employees are quickly integrated into the organization.

Design, organize and deliver training programmers or recommend externally provided programmers, which is consistent with the Org’ overall training plan.

Maintain and analyze Org and individual training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programmers.

Qualification & experience

University degree

At least two years related working experience

Fluent in written and oral English

Good computer skills

Ability to interact effectively with other employees and outside parties as required
