· Education: Technician in HVAC

暖通、通风及空调工程相关专业大专以上学历，接受过项目管理、市场营销等知识培训

· Skills: Advanced knowledge on Heating and Air conditioning. Electricity,Electronics and Mechanics are an asset.

具备暖通行业领域的相关知识，电力类、电子类、机械类等相关背景

· Experience: Solid demonstrable experience in Air conditioning.

扎实的空调系统工作经验

· Management and Problem-solving abilities

具备一定的管理能力和解决问题的能力

· Leadership and management skill

具备一定的领导力和管理能力

· Language: Mandarin and English (written for report level)

语言能力：汉语，英语（需要用英文写报告）

· Software: Spreadsheet, Presentation and Text Editor and Basic CAD

软件：EXCEL / PPT / 文本编辑 / CAD 初级

· Travel availability specially within Shanghai area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Maintenance/Repair/Installation follow up of projects

维保/维修/项目安装

· Installations Diagnostics

对建设工程项目在实施和运营中关注的事项进行调查研究

· Debugging of equipment’s and components

设备零部件调试

· Automation. Management and control of installations

自动化，项目管理和控制

· Good understanding for HVAC and electrical schematics

精通暖通和电气原理

· Set up of installations (pre-commissioning/commissioning)

设施建设（预调试和调试）

· Technicians team direction

对技术团队进行领导和管理
