PRODUCER

The Junction Studios is looking for a producer to add to its team!

About The Junction Studios:

Based in Shanghai, The Junction Studios is the place where clients can find style, innovation and creativity. International quality facilities create the perfect environment for advertising shoots from beauty and fashion to food, from portraits to products.

Experience:

At least 1 years’ experience in project management: preferably all within a photography, video or creative production context.

We are looking for someone passionate, energetic and sociable who can be the main interface between our studio and clients.

In a dynamic working environment we need someone who can inspire other team members, who enjoys a challenge and can adapt to the needs of the project.

Requirements:

1. Overall responsibility for studio workflow and coordination of account management team

2. Work with studio directors, photographers and videographers to arrange and oversee all aspects of a shoot (location scouting, hair, makeup, wardrobe, props, sets, model castings, retouching, etc.)

3. Project scheduling ?

4. Ensure all images/videos meet the creative standard set by client

5. Serve as primary liaison between studio and client

6. Understand client needs and propose valuable solutions

7. Understand client briefs

8. Understanding of and sensitivity to project budgets

9. Responsibility for account and project financials (quotations, contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, etc.)?

10. Manage and negotiate with suppliers

11. Use of project management software and any other software system employed by the company

12. Follow company procedures and policies

Skills:

Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must. Fluent Chinese would be a real advantage.

Proficient in the use of MS Office.

Salary:

Competitive basic salary + allowance + comprehensive benefits package.
