技术培训项目

通过为期一年的机械、自动化等专业知识与技能的培训，及充满挑战的轮岗，帮助项目成员在快速学习中不断提高专业技术水平、创新能力等综合才能。

加工系统部Processing System:

Trainee – WCM Engineer (Location: Shanghai)

Key responsibilities

• Carry out, lead and facilitate the improvement of the company performance.

• Providing strong support for improvement oriented project/team.

• Coach, follow up and audit the quality of the work developed.

• Cooperate with other managers/leaders to maintain and improve the company’s manufacturing management system to achieve world-class level goal.

Job Requirement:

• Good skills in English, both spoken and written.

• Be good at presentation and training skills.

• Good skills in computer Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word.

• A positive and outgoing personality with good communication skills.

• Team player

• Ability to motivate others

• Provided with leadership, able to organize consensus and to guide in achieving objectives.

Tetra Pak Food Machinery (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., a subsidiary company to Tetra Pak Processing System was established in 2003 with nearly 200 employees. As a leading company, we design and produce food machinery and key components in dairy, juice, beverage and ice cream categories towards China and global markets as well.
