岗位职责

1、负责员工的招聘、入职、培训、人事调动、离职等手续，建立人事档案。熟知员工个人能力，辅助领导合理安排公司内部人力资源增减调配等；

2、负责员工转正后社会保险投保、申报，公司社保基数申报、调整、年检等工作，及时掌握国家相关法律法规政策；

3、管理好员工人事档案材料,建立、完善员工人事档案的管理，严格借档手续；

4、协助财务部做好行、财部门员工考勤和排班工作；

5、为丰富员工文化生活，组织安排各种文体活动；

6、负责公司行政管理制度的建立健全和贯彻落实；

7、熟悉行政部其他岗位工作，必要时替岗；

8、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

任职资格

1、人力资源管理、行政管理、中文、文秘、汉语言文学及相关专业大专以上学历；

2、年龄23-35之间，有责任心，男女不限；

3、工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养；

4、具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力、极强的亲和力与服务意识，沟通领悟能力，判断决策能力强；

5、熟练使用常用办公软件及相关人事管理软件。
