岗位职责：

责任（要有教好的英语沟通能力）

 Lead, manage and direct all clinic activities (带领， 管理 及分派诊所所有事情）
- Work effectively with professionals and staff at each clinic to provide the highest level of service （能和诊所专业人员及助理有效地一起提供最高的服务水平）
- Plan, review, drive and implement process control, systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, quality and achieve optimal cost at the clinics （计划，审查，推动和实施过程控制，系统和程序，以提高运营效率，质量，实现在诊所性价比最优）
- Manage day to day operations at the clinic （策划与管理诊所营运）
- Plan and monitor staff resource deployment and productivity （规划和监测工作人员资源配置和生产力）
- Plan, monitor and implement programmes to provide excellent customer service delivery and ensure that service performance is met (规划，监督和实施方案，以提供卓越的客户服务）
- Build and develop excellent relationships with clients （与客户建立和发展良好关系）
- Plan and maintain facilities and equipment at the clinics （规划并保持诊所的设施和设备）
- Hands on ability to deal and resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently （及时和有效地处理和解决营运问题的能力）

Requirements: （职业要求）
- Degree/Diploma （大专文凭）
- At least 3 to 5 years of management experience, including experience in the service/healthcare/F&B/ retail/ wellness/ Gym industry with proven Business to Consumer (B to C) sales track records(至少有6至8年的运作经验，其中包括在服务/医疗健康/商店/饮食连锁店行业/健身院等成功经验的经验 （企业对消费者行销经验））
- Hands on and excellent customer service skills （优秀的客户服务技能）
- Good business acumen, leadership and communication skills （良好的商业触觉，领导能力和沟通技巧）
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment （能适应压力下工作和动态环境）
- Highly pro-active, resourceful and motivated （非常积极主动，足智多谋）
- Good planning and problem solving skills （良好的计划和解决问题的能力）
- Good Communication skills in English Language (to communicate with English Speaking doctors/ Chiropractors ( 较强的英语会话能力（需要与外籍医生/医师沟通）)
