The responsibilities, tasks and duties of the Project Assistant are mainly:

Planning, organizing and booking travels and hotels for the project personnel

Searching, organizing and purchasing of transports, forklifts and cranes on request

Taking and filing records for the projects

Monitoring and calculation of the costs during/after the projects

Internal and external communication during the projects.

Generally supervising and monitoring the execution of the projects in close cooperation with the SINOSERV-Management and the Team on site.
