We are looking for a Registered Migration Agent / Immigration Lawyer to join AIM Australian Immigration team. This full-time role will be based in AIMS Shanghai Pudong Office.

We specialize in Employer sponsored, Skilled visas, Business visas, temporary to permanent transitional visas, Spouse visas, Resident Return visas, and Family visas. We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of service to all of our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Up-to-date registration with MARA

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

A sound knowledge of Australian Immigration Law

A corporate and professional presentation.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in drafting documents

This role will include the following duties:

Processing visa applications from start to finish

Advising clients on their visa eligibility and requirements

Researching solutions to complex cases

Preparation and lodgment of visa applications, submissions and supporting documents

Liaising with the Department of Immigration on behalf of clients

Attracting new clients
