College counseling goes beyond application. Mentor is to educate and to manage. Apart from supporting students and families through the college application, mentor plans as case manager and works trans-departmentally. Specific responsibilities include:

Educate high school students to enhance their academic potential and strength by creatively utilizing EBF elite curriculum and working efficiently with EBF US expert.

利用益博国际独家精英课程发掘学生潜力，与行业领先的益博国际美国前招官团队合作， 实现学生“质”的飞跃。

Coordinate external projects and workshops to seek opportunities for students to improve outside the classroom.

探索外部项目合作可能，促进学生全面发展。

Help to expand EBF's network with colleges and universities in order to learn about options for students, and build further network with partner institutions.

与国外大学和机构紧密联系与合作，开拓市场。

Contribute to EBF’s overall management through participation in company-wide organizational committees that may or may not be directly related to career planning and counseling.

参与公司管理层面的工作，创新服务模式，提高运营效率。

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required. Successful candidates will possess excellent skills in listening, counseling, verbal and written communication, and technology; will also demonstrate flexibility, creativity and a proclivity for employing new approaches to his or her work. Strong organizational and time management skills are required and candidates might work evenings and weekends.
