岗位职责：

1. 负责咖啡豆/粉，咖啡滤纸，手冲/冷萃方案，滴滤式咖啡机，全自动咖啡机和相关产品在亚太区（含中国）相关市场的KA客户开发，销售执行，售点活化和消费者活动；

2. 负责制定相关市场重点客户的年度销售目标和计划；

3. 负责为重点客户制定产品组合方案，价格政策及售点执行方案；

4. 负责协助重点客户的咖啡类产品的销售能力；

5. 协调相关展会的参与

6. 负责按公司规定，定期收集和反馈市场信息，并提出合理化建议供公司领导决策。

任职要求：

1. 拥有10年以上工作经验，熟悉咖啡行业的销售和渠道发展；

2. 拥有本科及以上学历；

3. 良好的英语听说读写能力，和相关的国际客户开发和管理经验；

4. 善于与各部门沟通和协调，营造高效的工作氛围，激励团队积极性；

5. 对咖啡豆/粉，咖啡文化和咖啡设备具有较深刻的认知。

The company's fully owned subsidiary in China , Melitta Coffee (Shanghai) Ltd., was established in Shanghai in December 2016, a first step in expanding the Melitta's presence in the Asia Pacific region which has been identified as a strategic priority for the Melitta Group following the formation of a new business unit, Melitta Asia Pacific (MAP).
