1、3年以上的管理工作经验，熟悉汽车零部件制造工艺、采购流程，有良好的商务谈判经验和商务沟通技巧；

3 years management experience and familiar with manufacturing techniques and purchasing procedure of auto parts; good business negotiation & communication skills;

2、汽车、机械制造或贸易相关专业大学本科以上学历

Majored in auto/machine manufacturing or trading; bachelor degree or above;

3. 有很好的团队合作精神，有良好的管理能力，丰富的团队管理经验；

Good team spirit and excellent team management skill;

4. 英语运用熟练，口语表达优异；

Fluent in both English writing & speaking;

5. 能承受较大的工作压力；

Able to work under pressure;

主要工作职责（Main Functions and Responsibilities）：

- 参阅美国的需求计划，及时与供应商沟通，确保供应商为我司备好基本库存。

- Refer to the SLI’s products demand , communicate with suppliers for a safety stock.
建立供应商竞争机制，最好做到同一类的原材料有两家或以上供应商，或有备选供应商。

- Create competition mechanisms for suppliers management, each kind of the material should have 2or 3 suppliers, and backup suppliers.
寻找新供应商，询价，比价，试样。确认竞争力的价格，包装方式，运输方式和频次。

Seeking new supplier, inquiry, price ratio, sample. Be confirmed with the price ,package and delivery, frequency.

- 和质量部一起帮助供应商不断提高产品和服务质量。用商务手段支持其他部门对供应商的管理。

Work with Quality Dept. to improve quality and service of suppliers. Support other Dept. to supervise suppliers.

- 在发生原材料质量投诉或其他相关供应商投诉时，配合SQE联络供应商处理退换货和其他事宜。

Work with SQE to handle the issues when receiving the quality complains.

- 和质量部一起帮助供应商不断提高产品和服务质量。用商务手段支持其他部门对供应商的管理。

Work with Quality Dept. to improve quality and service of suppliers. Support other Dept. to supervise suppliers.

- 劳防用品，设备等采购，和工程，设备部门协调相关事宜。

Coordinate with ENG and MD Dept. for the purchasing of Labor protection gears, production device etc.

- 非原材料项相关账单核对和付款跟进。

Bill check and payment follow up for other material/device purchase.

- 协助美国同事完成PROTOTYPE样件的报价和制作。

Help to complete the quote of prototype samples.

- 定期查看各原材料库存情况，保证合理的库存数量，避免过高的库存和原材料短缺，避免断货导致延误生产。

Check the material inventory regularly to keep a reasonable stock. Get rid of the full inventory ,shortage of raw material, prevent delayed production from out of stock
