Job Description / 工作内容:

1. To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with PM representatives and subcontractors

协助项目经理控制和监督现场工作并且与项目经理和分包商代表联系沟通

2. To monitor and report work progress

管理和报告项目进度

3. Follow and check furniture production schedule and quality

跟进道具制作的进度和质量

4. Schedule Control

项目进度控制

5. Quality control on site / Furniture Factory and during production

现场装修和道具制作的质量控制

Requirements / 要求:

1. 1+ year experience in fit-out / furniture company （construction, building services, interior fitout industry is preferred）

1年以上的装饰工程公司或道具公司工作经验 （建筑类，内装类行业优先）

2. Computer Literate (AutoCAD , Microsoft Word and Projects)

会用Auto CAD, Microsoft Word和Projects等计算机软件优先考虑

3. Creative, independent and self-motivated.

创新，能独立并且积极工作

4. Patient and Efficient, detailed oriented

工作耐心而高效，注重细节

5. Self-disciplined and well organised.

自我管理并且有良好的组织能力

6. Willing to travel and work overtime

配合因工作需要出差和加班

8. Strong sense of responsibility and hard working

9. Site and Maintenance Experience is a PLUS
