2. Prepare weekly and monthly attendance report. of all employees

准备考勤周，月报表工作。

3. .Prepare yearly annual leave finalization and announcement process

准备年度员工年假统筹及通知流程

4. In charge off- line training event each budget year

负责每个预算年度的培训计划

5. Maintain the social benefit of employees-Such as TTB election，company gift

负责员工一般福利，譬如TTB团轮选，公司礼品发放；

6. Responsible the Training Plan for each new comer， arrange rotating Schedule by each division

负责新员工入职及培训计划， 统筹新员工获得每一个部门培训事宜

7. Handle new hire on board procedure and new employee orientation

办理新员工的入职手续和培训

8. Responsible for the company's employee training, related to the work of the academy

负责公司员工培训，德图学院的方面相关的各项工作

Job Requirement:

Bachelor Degree or the above; Major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or Psychology is prefer

本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理或心理学专业优先考虑

At least 2 year HR’s working experience in foreign background is prefer

至少2年以上外资背景人力资源工作经验优先考虑

Be familiar with China labor contract and other HR policies

熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策和人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程

Accountable, positive thinking and quick learner

优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力

Good communication and interpersonal skill

有强烈的责任感，工作积极主动，拥有快速学习能力

Initiatives, well- organization and detail-minded

做事有条不紊，关注细节

Priorities management skill and endeavour for achieving result

能够合理安排优先事项关注细节并以结果为导向

Proficient in computer skill, including word, excel, PPT,

熟练使用办公软件，如Word, Excel, PPT.

Fluent English speaking and writing

熟练的英语听说读写能力
