• Strong technical knowledge and background in garment manufacturing, production flow and planning
  ?5 years’ experience in quality control
  ? Good communication and interpersonal skills
  ? Detail-oriented
  ? Quality conscious, strong integrity, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  ? Able to trace and follow tasks
• Experienced in AQL 1.5 / 2.5 and 4 point fabric inspection process
• Understanding of fabric weaving / construction / dyeing of various fabrications
• Experienced in using various equipment in testing fabrications. (light box, punch)

Primary Duties ? Conduct regular factory visits training and managing Pre-production meeting, in-line, final audits, and inspection standards. ? Perform onsite factory inspection on production and communicate areas in which product needs improvements ? Must have extensive knowledge in quality processes including but not limited to, understanding company’s product requirement, recognizing imperfections in dye-lot variances, fabric issues relating to wash, be able to identify cutting, sewing, and finishing imperfections. ? Identify overall process improvements in the manufacturing process Requirements:

• Able to written English report.
