？？ Enters shipment information into LT’s system as required; Prepares bills of lading as needed.

？ Prepare documents for Freight Forwarder(s) including Pro Forma Invoice, final invoice, payment instruments, all HAZMAT documents, container loading diagram, and advising customer of shipping information.

？ Dispatches pick-up and delivery information in a timely and efficient manner; arranges daily pick-up schedules.

？ Review and approve all freight bills including inland container moves and freight forwarding.

？ Work with forwarders for the customs doc. return

？

Maintain and knowledgeable of logs and documentation requirements related to transportation and customs.

？ Familiar with current HAZMAT and Dangerous Goods regulations and keep up to date on all changes

？ Apply for Duty-free Book for parts Import & Export, and manage the Book for quantity balance. To close the Book with the Customs on time.

？ Gets approval of import equipment from the Municipal of foreign investment Commission.

？ Gets tax-free certification of import equipment from Customs.

？ Responsible for Customs checking in the plant for bonded materials and make sure the quantity balance when Customs verification.

？ Accompany with Customs officials to examine import and export affairs.

？ Makes statistical tables for import and export affairs applied to Customs, keeps in order concerning documents.

？ Maintains relationship with the Customs officials and other related government depts.

？ Improving the procedure of applying to Customs and working efficiency.

？ Special projects as requested.

要求

？？ Good English and Chinese communication skills.

？ Good PC skills of Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

？ Be honest and obey the laws strictly.

？？ Have the related certificates.

？ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

？ Knowledge of TS16949 / ISO14001/OHSAS18001 procedures a plus

Associate’s degree or equivalent.

Familiar with the import/export process.
