Major
Job Responsibilities:

·
Be responsible for tools
downtime and scrap analysis, provide correct action;

·
Cooperation with quality team
to deal with quality issue and customer complaint;

·
Be responsible for maintaining
process documentation preparation ,such as try-run report, tools drawing, work
instruction etc. ;

·
Be responsible for optimizing
the tools to pursue high performance;

·
Technical support/reviews for
tools design;

·
Develop new
technology/processes as required, providing feedback to improve BOP standards;

·
Provide direction and detailed
maintenance tracking to support the process ;

·
Be responsible for optimizing
and improving output of molding ;

·
Discussing and solving complex
problems with production engineering and MFG, sub-contractors, suppliers and
customers;

·
Considering the implications
of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints

·
Contribute ideas for
innovation and continuous improvement on current concept.

·
Managing tools supplier activities and make sure meet all
project target

Major
Qualifications:

·
Bachelor's degree of the major
mechanical design, automation, or similar

·
Strong communication skills

·
Above average oral English
skills

·
10+ years of experience in
manufacturing engineering, preferably in assembly of mechanical products

·
Strong working knowledge of
manufacturing process and tooling, ideally in molding and automotive assembly
operations

·
Expertise with Lean / Six
Sigma Manufacturing, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis

·
Expertise in APQP and Launch
Activities including FMEAs and Control Plans
